I have been a loyal customer for 3 years but I have had it. They used to have really friendly customer service and great coupons for common work like oil changes. I recently got my oil changed and was told on the phone that it costs $25. They charged me $32 (a 22% higher price). The extra cost came from parts, labor, and hazardous material disposal. Why would parts, labor, and disposal fees not be in a quoted price!? It is so frustrating. I feel misled. They also called my significant other when the car was done, instead of myself. I specifically told them to call me since I dropped off the vehicle. They just seem misleading and lacking attention to detail.
