I could not have been happier with my experience at Honest-1 today. I called at the last minute to see if they could fit me in for an appointment to look at my malfunctioning windshield wiper. Andrew told me to come on over. As soon as I showed up, he came out to assess my car, returned with a socket wrench, and fixed the issue within 2 minutes. Then he just told me to have a nice day...no charge! Who in this century does that? I will be back to Honest-1 because this is the kind of place I won't mind spending my money when bigger issues arise. What amazing customer service...and I've never even been a customer before!

Oil change was fast and efficient

Cost me a ton, won't be back. Had to bring the car back in 3 times in a month, no loaner car when warranted parts have broken, mixing up my car with someone else's, and snark and sarcasm when I try to resolve the issues with them. "Well, things happen in life" isn't what I ought to be hearing from an auto shop that has cost me hundreds in unnecessary expenses.

Excellent service! Mark, Andrew are alway friendly, helpful, explain things clearly and help me make the best choices for my budget, my car and me! Greg tested my car, found the problem and did the fix that was needed! I also really appreciated that he was able to drop me off at my office, while he was testing it. It made my day easier. Excellent service as usual

Great service, on time! I appreciate that they tell me what maintenance can wait and what's needed to be done now.

Used the seasonal special oil change ($49.99) that includes items like a tire rotation, oil change, 21-point inspection, etc. I got my car back to find out they did not rotate the tires or fix my back right tail light that is out. I don't know enough about cars to know what else they didn't do right. Disappointing to know they don't follow through on their services they promise.

I discovered that the psi for my r/r tire was not registering on my dash board. I was getting a "service required" message. I called about 9 a.m. and got an appointment right away. I took my car in. They checked my actual tires and the tire sensors and discovered that my tires were fine. They then reset the sensors. My tires were all registering the appropriate psi, and I was on my way. Because proper tire inflation is so critical to safe driving, I appreciated getting right in and having the issue resolved. I was treated very respectfully. Overall, great experience.
