Great experience each time I have worked with Honest Auto Care in Uptown! The staff is all incredibly helpful and friendly. You don't feel intimidated by what you don't know, I felt very confident that they were being honest with what needed to be done and that they would do it correctly!

I made an appointment for an oil change. Both the gentlemen on the phone, and the one behind the counter were very professional and friendly. They worked on my car right away and finished the work very quickly at a reasonable price. My general impression of the shop was professional and honest/trustworthy, exactly what I look for in a mechanic. I will definitely be back for all my auto maintenance needs.

I live in the area and scheduled an appointment for an oil change well ahead of time (two days), and it took them five hours to complete it (10am-3pm). I had to call twice to make sure they had my number/didn't forget they hadn't called. The in-person customer service was terrible besides. Would not recommend.

Thanks for your looking after my car, I'll be back in to have the rear differential fixed next week. But first, I've got to catch some fish!

Very impressed with Honest-1 Auto Care’s commitment to customer service & satisfaction and the friendly, genuine way in which they provide it!

I had to get my tires replaced after one of them went flat this past week. On dropping off and picking my car up, the manager who was working at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole process took about 3-4 hours total, and, as far as I can tell in the week since, everything was done well. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I had some issues with my windshield wipers that another mechanic had attempted to horrendously over charge me to fix. Honest one on Lyndale treated me fairly without any nonsense. I was able to get my AC charged and the wipers fixed for far less than what I was quoted for just the wipers (~50% less). I will definitely be back if I have another issue.

I was thrilled to find Honest 1 right in my neighborhood. After having been "misguided" by the service department at both of the dealers we bought from, Honest 1 came into my life! I went there because of their location, but now I feel I'd go there no matter where they are!! The dealerships only know how to replace things, with no consideration of just repairing.. Not only does this cost their customers piles of money, but it is also just not the environmentally wise thing to do! Honest 1 REPAIRS!!

Needed to get a quote on a repair. It was done quickly, and even though the estimate was reasonable, but a 20 year old vehicle, didn't think the repair would improve this vehicle.

They're always so helpful, speedy & efficient. I bring my cars here for the road trip check and they're amazing. Excellent service! Excellent staff!
