Very pleased..they took my car with no advance notice late in the day and had diagnosed and replaced the starter by 9am the next morning. Their customer service was excellent. Their extended hours (til 8pm) are a huge plus. Not the cheapest..but you get what you pay for..I will use them again

I didn't end up getting my car worked on here, but had a good experience anyways. I pushed a broken car into their lot late on afternoon. They staff was very friendly and agreed to look it over for me. They were not able to repair the problem (1988 BMW, parts are not always available) they identified the issue and sent me on my way without charging for their time.

Mark and the crew are great to work with ... honest, fair, timely and very professional!
