Always had good luck here with oil changes and minor repairs. Gave my Jeep a clean bill of health even when I asked them to find stuff wrong with it as part of a pre-sale inspection.

I was happy with my experience Honest-1 Auto Care they took me in even when they were busy and did a professional job on installing parts that U-Haul did not do a good job on especially the electrical for my new tow hitch they were very nice and pleasant to talk to and do business with.😎

Open later than most shops which is great for someone who works until 5. Friendly and informative and the cost came out to exactly what the estimate was that they gave me.

If there was a "0" that's the rating I would give Honest 1. After being a customer for 6+ years, I took my car into the Uptown shop for new tires. When I picked it up, my back seat was filled with grease and the leather was destroyed. The greasy tire jack or another tool was placed on thee seat and the 60/40 split was closed down on top of it. The leather is so damaged I need a new seat - $900. I went in to talk with Mark, and he was so condescending to me as a woman. Nothing like getting a "sweet pat on the back" and hearing what a good customer I am, so he will clean the seat for me. I guess I'll be seeing them in court. Worse than that, they lost me as a customer. I've referred multiple people over the years, and now I will be sure to tell everyone NOT to take their car here!

Great staff that communicate about the process. They helped me a lot by applying a coupon to my bill, and let me know exactly what was going on with my car.

Andrew and his team were magnificent - went above and beyond. Took care of me and my vehicle!!! Will have my continued business for sure.

Brought my vehicle in for the first time for winterization. They gave me a great deal, and didn’t try to sell me parts or services that I didn’t need. When my car eventually does need repair, there is no question that I’ll be going back to Honest One.
