Open later than most shops which is great for someone who works until 5. Friendly and informative and the cost came out to exactly what the estimate was that they gave me.

If there was a "0" that's the rating I would give Honest 1. After being a customer for 6+ years, I took my car into the Uptown shop for new tires. When I picked it up, my back seat was filled with grease and the leather was destroyed. The greasy tire jack or another tool was placed on thee seat and the 60/40 split was closed down on top of it. The leather is so damaged I need a new seat - $900. I went in to talk with Mark, and he was so condescending to me as a woman. Nothing like getting a "sweet pat on the back" and hearing what a good customer I am, so he will clean the seat for me. I guess I'll be seeing them in court. Worse than that, they lost me as a customer. I've referred multiple people over the years, and now I will be sure to tell everyone NOT to take their car here!

Great staff that communicate about the process. They helped me a lot by applying a coupon to my bill, and let me know exactly what was going on with my car.

Brought my vehicle in for the first time for winterization. They gave me a great deal, and didn’t try to sell me parts or services that I didn’t need. When my car eventually does need repair, there is no question that I’ll be going back to Honest One.

I did a break inspection with them and they said that my rear brakes were low and it was making loud noises. The service would cost about $500 to fix and it was a high priority to do. I went to multiple shops after and they said it wasn’t making noises and my breaks were fine. I called today to see what honest 1 was getting that from, but Mark answered the phone and was really rude. He was giving me a tone that made it seem like my questions were stupid. I wanted to see what they did to figure out why I needed to replace my brakes as soon as possible when 4 shops said differently. Just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and make sure they were not taking advantage of me, but the way Mark talked to me, showed different. Me as a customer didn’t matter. How can you trust a place that doesn’t care about your concerns. When I let him know that I didn’t like his tone, he became rude. It feels like because I was a woman, they wanted to take advantage of my situation and get $500. I would never go there again or recommend it to anyone. Don’t let the reviews fool you. I’m glad I seen there true colors before making a second appointment.
