Very cordial staff. I have been taking my car here for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Understanding of financial situations (I am a graduate student in a tight budget) and never pushy, I have had several positive experiences where they have recommended I NOT spend money on something. I value their honesty!

I really like bringing my car here for work! The staff are all helpful and friendly, and I feel like they shoot straight with me. There's always some good coupons floating around for them too for an extra good price!

Brought my truck to Honest-1 for a diagnosis and the results weren't good. Andrew was clear, concise and forward about the issues the vehicle had. I very much so appreciate these qualities of this business and will return for future service because of the care I received on this visit.

I came in late on Saturday and it was almost closing. My bumper was falling off and I couldn’t drive it. They took a look at it and said it probably would need a body shop but they would try to do the best they could so at least I could drive it to a shop. When I came back for my car my bumper looked like new. They put some pins on it and I haven’t had any problems since. Thanks guys and thank you Fred for doing such an awesome job on my car.

Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and professional. Called, got in, and was back on the road in the same day.

Have gone there twice for an oil change and couldn't be more satisfied! I know its not a rigorous service but they're quick, professional, and reasonably priced.
