I love coming here! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent about what they’re doing.

Long story but I’ll try to make it brief. I went there to get a bunch of work done and when I picked it up my car doors were unlocked. I wasn’t the first one to notice this, as someone had gone through and taken upwards of $200 of my belongings out of my trunk and car. The manager was nice enough to reimburse me - which I’m thankful for. However, a part they replaced malfunctioned so I had to bring it back. They covered its replacement under their warranty. When I dropped it off the second time I made a specific and clear note to please lock my car because they didn’t the last time and my belongings were taken. The manager at the desk said he would make a special note. When I picked up my car for the last time - it was unlocked. Uptown alleyways are no place to leave an unlocked car - and on top of that they did it twice. I likely will not be returning.

Fantastic service! I called mid-morning on a Monday with low hopes of getting my car in, but they were able to squeeze me in where they could and diagnosed my problems, called me with a solution, and got it fixed same-day. Wonderful staff that are sympathetic and willing to teach people about common car issues and warning signs.

Really fast diagnostics. They texted results with pictures. Very professional! Would definitely highly recommend their services.

BEST SERVICE EVER. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Mark and Hunter were honest and helpful. We brought our vehicle in for the first time, they were able to get us in the day of. Told us exactly what was going on, didn’t try to upsale or talk us into doing anything else than what we NEEDED. Great communication, went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was safe. Nobody’s perfect but at the 11th hour so to speak, H1 got me in and out by closing time. Nothing fancy about them but quick to respond and I wAlked out with all my arm’s and legs. AKA reasonably priced to boot.
