Repaired my brakes. Satisfied overall; had an issue with the new brake pads they put in and they replaced them quickly for no charge. Can definitely do better as far as implementing a shuttle/loaner car service, which is why I am only giving four stars. I would feel comfortable recommending them otherwise. Plan ahead for your own transportation while your car is being repaired as they don’t seem to be able to help much with that.

True to their name. Excellent and prompt service. Even though they couldn’t assist in completing the necessary repairs, they still took the time to do as much as their shop could technically allow for with the equipment they had. They were able to get to my car same day and I was able to get enough information then to share with the next shop that will be better equipped to handle my vehicle. I will be returning for other routine maintenance for sure!

Really friendly service, and very fast. I appreciated that they send you a full report on what they check, telling you what's good and what should be replaced.

They were incredibly accommodating of both my budget and my schedule! Although I didn't have an appointment, they kindly squeezed me into an already busy day. GREAT customer service. They never tried to up-sell me, which is something I almost always experience at other body shops. There were several issues that they found with my car, but with my tight budget in mind they helped me map everything out in terms of time-sensitivity. I felt very reassured in the repair plan they helped me to create to make sure we took care of the absolute necessities first, and then saved the less-pertinent repairs for a time in the future. I will absolutely be coming back. Thorough, reliable, and they certainly live up to their name! Thanks, guys!

Outstanding, by far exceeded my expectations. I just got my vehicle towed to the nearest shop from where I broke down and even on the way there, the tow truck man said he's been at his job for 21 years and assured me this was one of the best places to bring a vehicle to. I didn't even have time to call ahead before being towed there and they still got me in for a diagnosis and my problems fixed the same day. I was expecting them to be at least a week or 2 out like my regular mechanic's shop. Definitely considering making this my new main place to go. Extremely friendly and professional. Not to mention fast and thorough. My vehicle has never ran so good, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Also - I grabbed some stuff from my vehicle while they worked on it including my work shoes and I left them inside the office there at honest-1 and they found them and put them in the back room where they wouldn’t be taken and let me come pick them up. They’re great people.

Staff are great communicators! They diagnosed our vehicle quickly and completed the work exactly when they said they would. The costs for each repair explained and priced very fairly. Very satisfied.

They gave me a reasonable quote, did the work I hoped, and came back under price. Was treated straightforwardly from start to finish. I would go back anytime.
