They add things to the estimate ,was told 150.00 now walking out with a 255.00 bill . Then argue that they didn't say that. They said we wait till car is here . They were comparable to another place we talking to but were closer so ok say time an travel.. Dont Recommended Dishonest 1auto take it elsewhere.

Very friendly, genuinely wants to help and explain what needs/needed to be done. Called asking to get my car’s oil changed, he said I could drop the car off and he could get to it if he had time and got it done in a day—no problem! So easy and reasonably priced. Excellent service!

I've been here for a few things, the latest being getting all new tires. I compared tires and pricing between here and Costco, and Honest One was the better choice, both in pricing and tire quality. They have always been really nice and easy to work with and have had my car done on the same day.

Late in the game had arranged with Andrew to address an upstart light on the dash-board panel. This we would add to the tire-changes which I'd already scheduled. When I got there, the tire-job went forward as scheduled. But Hunter told me he could find no scheduling of fixing the errant(?) dash-board light. Later Mark told me there simply had been no time for this addendum.

Everyone was very understanding and kind, and they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. They didn’t try to over charge me for anything, or make me get more work than I needed done. I will be back there whenever I need something done! I would definitely recommend them. Marc was very kind and funny!
