This bunch is quick and thorough. I drink their coffee while they slave away changing the oil, checking fluids and tire air pressure. Great service!

Mark and Andrew have been incredibly helpful to my wife and I since we arrive in Minneapolis in October 2018. We have had a variety of car issues come up and they have always been up front and informative. Never have we felt taken advantage of at this shop. They help us make informed decisions while also taking into account what we want/expect out of our vehicles. Will keep coming back to this shop for a long time.

I scheduled a drop off appointment for a routine oil change - I ended being an hour late to my appointment on accident. They were very understanding and still took my vehicle. I appreciated how transparent they were about their pricing, I inquired about a tire rotation and they gave me a quote beforehand. I had to get an air filter replaced and they gave me a courtesy call and text to ask if I wanted it done and included the additional cost. Took a few hours, but all in all very great customer service experience. Would recommend.

Excellent Customer Care

I have always been very well taken care of by Honest1. I went in for an oil change this last time and they found a more serious issue that could have been very bad had I continued to drive the car. They took care of the problem that day! I’m very grateful for the thorough work that they do!
