I really appreciate the honesty of this company. The repairs needed for my vehicle were lengthy and they were straightforward and wonderful. From the kindness of the desk staff to the email/text reports in full detail....It’s hard to find these days. Would highly recommend and I would definitely return here with any vehicle repairs or services I need in the future.

Update:. Issue came back as a deeper problem. They upheld their service warranty and took a second look at no additional charge but were not able to fix it. They recommend service at the dealer. Feeling like the first money we spent would have been better directed at the dealer in the first place as we are now in a position to pay just to have it looked at again. Likely won't be back. Helpful staff who really care. They listened to my concerned and came up with a repair that fixed the issue and fit my budget. Thank you very much.

Mark was wonderful to work with, very friendly service. Just had my front 2 tires replaced and for $200 I would have expected them to stay inflated for a while. However, after only 2 weeks they are both beginning to deflate. Confused about the cost for tires that I am having to air up after 3 15 minute trips on the highway.

I went have my low beam head light repaired. I dropped my car off at seven o'clock in the morning. Know one called me to tell me an estimate. I called around two in the afternoon. I was told the light was fixed. Went pick up car and was surprised I was charged $ 250. I thought it was a joke.

They are patient, kind, hardworking, and excellent communicators. I trust them with regular oil changes and major repairs. They always take the time to listen to you and answer all your questions. Great place!! We have visited several times while shopping for a new car to take each candidate to have a used vehicle inspection before we would purchase it. We came back a few times because they kept helping us to not purchase a lemon and let us know when we found a real bargain on a solid car! The staff were always friendly, the mechanics seemed knowledgeable, they brought us into the back a few times so we could see the underbody of the car and pointed out everything that was good or bad about what was there. The prices seemed very reasonable and a $50 inspection let us know that a few cars would need thousands of dollars in work immediately or that it had an irreplaceable windshield or was WAY too rusty for its age and milage... In short, our visits saved us a bunch of money and we were able to eventually but with confidence when we got a bargain on a car. Thanks Honest One, we'll be back again for more work down the road!
