Everyone at Honest-1 Auto Care was very kind and knowledgeable. I got my car back in just two days, nice and fixed. I would recommend this place.

They very accommodating of my circumstances and they performed my repair in a timely manner.

It was a good experience, timely, professional, and I especially appreciated an itemized list of what was inspected and services needed. I was kept informed in timely ways so as to decide which repairs were most important. Friendly service, especially during a pandemic where they made an effort to sanitize the waiting area.

Seems like the quality of customer service has gone down, very disappointing! Mark was rude on the phone! I was calling on behalf of a friend so they could bring their car in and he hung up on me while I was still speaking. Not how I used to be treated when I would bring my vehicles in a few years ago.

Great fast service at a good price. Made me feel like they honestly cared about me and my vehicle's proper maintenance. Chris called me a few times during the repairs to make me aware of other potential hazards, and allowed me to work out those problems in a timely manner. I will be going back here when I need future work done on my vehicle!

The nicest staff I’ve ever ran into! I’ll never go anywhere else for car maintenance!

First time here for an oil change: staff was friendly and professional. The waiting area was very clean and well kept. The oil change took almost no time at all, but was thorough. Will plan to make this my regular stop for routine auto maintenance!

I definitely recommend this shop. Marc was nice and very helpful when I brought my car in to get checked out. He was upfront and honest with me about about the condition of my car. I really appreciate that and it is hard to find when it comes to car repairs.
