Had a breakdown 4th of July weekend, they got me in and fixed the same day. Excellent service and good pricing, highly recommend!

Since moving here in 2013 I have been grateful to be a customer at Honest-1. They take good care of my car, and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

They always give their honest opinion with what is best for me, whether it's financially, best for the car, etc.; they take all aspects into consideration. I've had them say to me "if you were my daughter, I'd want you to do xyz" and they really care about me and my car. Really good service! Really good communication!

I have had wonderful experiences at Honest-1. The service team is incredibly thorough and detailed and caught some serious issues that had been missed at other shops. I worked closest with Andrew both in getting my brakes done last winter and getting a huge suspension/drive shaft/belts/engine oil leak job done most recently. He took a significant amount of time out of his busy day to speak with me on the phone about what needed to get done, what my options were, and explaining not only why it was urgent to get these things done, but how all the parts work together. He did so in an honest and compassionate way and was straight forward with me. I'm from a small town and have struggled finding that "small town feel" living here in Minneapolis. This shop offers that feel of no bull, hard and honest work. Very highly recommend.

I have been here to get first my brakes a d then my tires. They are quick to get you in and quick to get the job done. Sent me a quote of brakes before doing any work. Great place to go for all your auto repairs.

I want to highly recommend Honest 1 Uptown. A few years ago, I dropped in with a window that went down and wouldn’t roll back up because they were literally across the street from my apartment. They fixed it the same day and were super friendly, helpful, and timely. Apparently this is a challenge with the Liberty so when it happened again last week, I went back. They got me in first thing that morning and installed the new motor same day. The best part? Last week was covered by the 3 year warranty and cost me zero dollars.

As always, my experience at Honest-1 in Uptown was very satisfactory, in all respects. Additionally, when the logistics of getting required parts in the time frame they had been promised were thrown off by circumstances beyond their control, the set me up with a very satisfactory loaner so I wouldn't be without transportation over the weekend.

Best customer service I have had with any mechanic. Prices are very reasonable and they get me in and out even when they are busy.
