I went in to get my catalityc converter replaced after it was cut out of my car. The service advisor Andrew was understanding and caring. He was able to get my car looked at on monday the 17th of August. the report that I was sent was very detailed. The Technician I had work on my car did a great job. Thank you Scott and Andrew. I will be brining my car back in the future.
They are thorough and make everything understandable to me (though I am a very new driver). They deal professionally.
