I made an appointment with Andrew to get my mirror fix, I put down my deposit for him to get the mirror, it came in the next day and only took 25 mins to reinstall it

I had check engine light on my car and I brought it to the shop and I was told that my car needed $1700 in repairs because there were multiple fuel injectors failing and there was a part that was on a technical bulletin from the manufacturer and HAD to be replaced. I pressed for a clear answer on if it could be replaced and I asked for the bulletin number so I could research it and they would not give me a solid answer nor the bulletin number. I took the car back to the dealership that I bought it from and not only was the part not in a bulletin but it didn't NEED to be replaced and they tested it and it's working fine. They only had to replace a single fuel injector. I will never bring my car to this shop ever again. Not even for an oil change.

Had appointment for 8am didn’t get my car back till almost 2pm. Was told I needed to fix a whole list of things on my car. some of the things to fix on the list were recently done not long ago, so I knew they didn’t need to be done. I can only assume whoever looked over my car is not very knowledgeable. Thanks for the oil change.
