I was a customer with Honest One for years, and had a unprofessional experience with them and will now stop going there. I first left a review directly with them as a business, giving them a chance to respond and rectify, but as they never reached out to repair the situation, I’ve decided to leave some public reviews. Firstly, they didn’t start servicing my car until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. It was one of those below zero days (about a month ago or so), but I saw the people at the desk weren’t consistently wearing their masks in the waiting area, so decided to take a walk, as I wasn’t comfortable being in that shared breathing air space. If they had serviced my car when it was scheduled to be serviced, it wouldn’t be a big deal, as it was a fast repair they were making. But it was such a cold day and I had no where I was comfortable waiting. When I went in to check the status of my appointment, I was super disappointed they hadn’t even started working with my car. One employee had no mask in sight, and one pulled up his bandana upon me naming my discomfort with the lack of Covid safety precautions (mask wearing in shared indoor public spaces). If you are taking the safety of our community and Covid 19 seriously, don’t go here! It really highlighted the lack of integrity within their leadership, which is unfortunate. I am disappointed how this all unfolded - this is my first time leaving a public review for anything. I really liked going there in the past, but will now find a new mechanic because of their poor response and lack of reaching out to remedy the situation/ decide to make changes with their protocols to keep our community safe.
