They took my car in when I had mistakenly made my appointment for another Honest1 location, got to it that day she called within a couple hours to let me know the diagnosis. They explained everything that was wrong then got started fixing it right away. My car was there for less than a day and they replaced the front brakes, and rear wheel bearings. They were fast, very friendly and informative! They also made using the coupons that are online super easy, no hassle. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful staff, they actually listened to me when I told them what was going on, and didn’t undermine me when I told them I was unsure if it was the starter or something beyond that. I love that they communicate via text it’s so helpful esp with my two jobs.
