I RARELY write reviews, though in this case, the service I received was so awful. It was completely rude and unprofessional. I was speaking to "Mark" who refused to answer my questions, kept talking over me when I was asking for clarity, and began yelling at me when I asked him to slow down, pause, and to address my actual question. I had a starter replaced which cost over $1000 already. He then acknowledged the car started right up, even though the starter is what they actually replaced. He then told me the starter was under warranty, which doesn't make any difference if the car continues to not start and it is another issue altogether. I got the car fixed just a couple weeks ago and today the car didn't start again - which was happening intermittently in the first place. He then said it could be anything, which is when he started to escalate. He wanted to just throw a dart in the air and have me bring the vehicle back in for more service, but not go over the inspection sheet from just a couple weeks back to troubleshoot on what else could be going on. Meaning - they were likely throwing a dart in the first place with the starter, and unfortunately, I do not have the time or willingness to throw money at them to troubleshoot. I need them to be the professionals and determine exactly what the issue is and fix just that.
