except that you guys didn't deduct the coupon that i gave you for the free warning light scan and 21 point inspection. I didn't want to create a scene when i got the final bill ! and the guy that said the he would credit it wasn't there from what I saw.

I have a Wolkswagon Golf GL 2006 and on my last trip to H-1 I had the oil changed there for the first time and what my (bad) surprise when they told me the previous places I had taken my car for an oil change had used the wrong oil. They informed me my car requires a full-synthetic, which is more expensive but the best for it. After the oil change at H-1 the car is totally different, I could feel immediately after leaving H-1 that the engine was running smoother. What a great difference when you have committed and well-prepared experts that are there to take real care of your car and explain to you everything and its importance and not only waste your money like other places. AWESOME JOB, guys! I do not trust taking my car anywhere else but to H-1 Uptown where Aaron and his team treat me and my car the best possible way!!!

Great crew and very professional. All information for repair and cost was well communicated. However, I was told I needed a new battery which I held off on. I went to purchase a battery a few days later, but first had mine tested. It tested out just fine at 100% - so I question this. I am taking it for one more evaluation.
