Minneapolis Auto Repair

I brought my 2000 VW Passat in around October 10th, and while the repair cost was much more than I was expecting (or hoping), I was very satisfied with the service provided, especially from Matt Majerus and Aaron Short. Almost a month later the car seems to be running well, however the check engine light has come on twice (once when the temp dipped under freezing, another when I was accelerating in first). Also, when I was told of the estimate a $100 off coupon was mentioned (also on the flier that brought me in), but I do not see it on the invoice. $100 doesn't put much of a dent in a $3800 repair bill, but everything helps. Thanks!

Very helpful an friendly. If I live in Minnesota, this would be my place to get my car fix all the time. Unfortunately I live in Milwaukee. I know that if I need work done on my car and happen to be in Minnesota again, I would visit them again. Outstanding job guys!

I am so happy I found H1 Uptown MSP. I was extremely upset with the overcharges and the unnecessary service recommendations every time I had to take my car to the other (big) company I used to go. I used to feel extremely frustrated because I knew they were exploiting me and my lack of knowledge on cars. After I found H1, my problems were solved, they are REALLY honest, they explain everything to me and only recommend services when they are REALLY necessary. So, that has saved me lots of money and made my trips to the mechanic less painful. Besides, their staff is awesome. Aaron is always sympathetic and attentive. Great job, guys!

I had a non-critical issue that needed fixing. I did not have an appointment last saturday. A-1 was able to squeeze me in at the last minute.
