the team at Honest-1 was very helpful. They communicated clearly with me about my vehicle and I did not feel pressured into any additional services. The Uptown location is also a very comfortable place to sit and wait while service is being done.

As long as you don't have to try and cash in on the free road side assistance program.I think the people at Honest-1 are very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is the person they told me to contact in my area for their free road side assistance program. I was in WI the day after I got and oil change and a tire rotation with a flat tire. The contact person was NOT friendly OR helpful and I ended up having to use my AAA coverage anyway so the free year of road side assistance was a waste.

Easy to schedule an appointment. The waiting area was clean, the staff friendly and my vehicle's work done when promised.

Since I made my appointment for an oil change a few days prior to my appointment, I don't appreciate you not having the correct oil filter on hand, thus prolonging my wait. You also didn't have any tea bags on hand which is a minor annoyance but when you advertise having such great waiting rooms, this is something I would expect you to have.
