The customer service here is great. They really take the time to walk you through what is going on with your car and to explain how much things are going to cost.

I thought Ryan was extreemly helpful. He was able to get me in right away, kept me up to date on the status of my repairs and was even able to provide a slight discount on the alignment because not many adjustments needed to be made. Ryan is the reason I will be coming back!!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Honest # one. everyone at the Uptown office was friendly helpful and understanding about my situation. They did a really excellent job and I will recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the customer service and approach of the staff at honest 1. My only complaint would be that I would've liked if they could mention my other fluid levels. When I get an oil change somewhere they will generally give you the 'low down' on my other fluid levels (coolant, etc.). I feel like I need to check those on my own now. :(
