The only issue I have is that the oil dipstick snapped during the oil change. It's really cold and it was plastic so I understand that, but I don't think I should've been asked to pay $30 for a replacement. I'm not a dipstick (I came up with that one myself). :)I replaced it on my own, and we're all good.Thanks,Erik

Not only are the prices competitive, but the service here is second to none. They look for ways to save me money and are so friendly while they do it (they also always have coffee, chips and candy!).

The ride to and from work was a nice touch!

I've used Honest-1 a few times now. I don't know anything about cars, so I'm always afraid of getting ripped off, but I have rarely been upsold with these guys. If there is work that needs to be done, they tell you about it and don't give you the hard sell if you don't want to do it right away. Finally, I've had at least two cases where the final bill for repairs has come in under the estimate.
