Overall good job.

Fast, reliable service. They even had wifi so I could work remotely while waiting for my car. Very friendly and attentive which I haven't found in most auto shops in the area.

These people are scammers. I have tried to resolve an issue with "Honest" auto care on Lyndale for nearly a year now. Recently, they hung up the phone on me. My only recourse at this point is to alert others not to patronize this business.

This was my first visit to Honest-1. I really appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk. They were attentive and had a great attitude. I was impressed that they recognized their "regulars" and greeted them by name. The waiting room was very nice (loved the snacks, candy, fully stocked coffee bar, comfy leather chairs, etc). I came in for an oil change and also to get my break pads looked at. At my previous oil change (from a different company) they recommended I get my break pads replaced soon and gave me an estimate on repairs. At Honest-1, in regard to my break pads, I was very impressed that the mechanics suggested I go back and take a look at the problem for myself. No other repair shop has ever offered to show me the problem with my car. I greatly appreciate the transparency and the opportunity to educate the car's owner.
