All work was done as promised and in good time. I have had work done here before and will do so again.

This was my first visit to Honest-1. I really appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk. They were attentive and had a great attitude. I was impressed that they recognized their "regulars" and greeted them by name. The waiting room was very nice (loved the snacks, candy, fully stocked coffee bar, comfy leather chairs, etc). I came in for an oil change and also to get my break pads looked at. At my previous oil change (from a different company) they recommended I get my break pads replaced soon and gave me an estimate on repairs. At Honest-1, in regard to my break pads, I was very impressed that the mechanics suggested I go back and take a look at the problem for myself. No other repair shop has ever offered to show me the problem with my car. I greatly appreciate the transparency and the opportunity to educate the car's owner. My only complaint was that my check engine light was not checked and I was told it would be. Otherwise, very pleased with the repairs. Very friendly staff too.
