Honest was a great experience. This was the first time I've ever paid the ACTUAL quoted price for car maintenance without having to pay extra money for odds and ends or surprise maintenance fees. Great work and a great experience.
What I appreciate about Honest-1 is that there are no surprises. They do what they say they are going to do and communicate clearly other maintenance issues that your vehicle may need. They never do unauthorized maintenance or surprise with charges you weren't expecting. They are a great resource for the Uptown neighborhood!
