Great guys, great service

I had a tire rotation done. It was done promptly as planned even though the shop was extremely busy.

I've used a couple garages here in the Metro over the years - and one out in Bloomington. It depends on where I'm working or staying at the time. Without any hesitancy - I can say that Honest Auto Care - 1 on Lyndale in Minneapolis is the best garage I've encountered over all the years I've been driving. I have zero understanding of how cars work - so - I've been an easy mark for other garages in the beginning of my driving experiences. I truly have no fear of that with Honest Auto Care - 1 - I appreciate their explaining to me what needs to be done - what's working and what's not working - and charging me fairly for service and parts. As long as they stay in business just four blocks from my Loring Park area address - I've got an ace in the hole - !!!

Good service-nice environment

The gentleman who drove me to and from work ( sorry but don't recall his name) was very sweet and went out of his way to prevent me from falling in the snow getting into my car ! Chivalry is not dead ! Also the man at the front desk was very gracious to me when I paid my bill. ( Next time I will pay more attention to names :)

Great service - staff were excellent even if everything didn't go exactly 100% to plan. Everyone was helpful and I'm glad I went to H1 Uptown Auto Repair.
