Very respectful and professional team. I had a problem with a muffler pipe that was rusted in half. Mark got me a great price on the part replacement and stated I could probably wait to replace the muffler as a whole. Once they got my car on the lift, turns out the muffler was unsalvageable. Mark got me a savings of $130 on the parts and did not charge any additional labor. I had also heard a noise when breaking so they did a brake inspection. Since nothing ended up being wrong with the brakes, Honest 1 took off the cost of that inspection too. I was very pleased with both the cost and quality of service!

These guys are super! I feel rather naive when it comes to my car, so when I was looking for a mechanic, I wanted a mechanic/company that was not going to screw me over. I found that. They are friendly and super helpful and don't try to sell me services I don't need.

The person checking me in didn't have a way to check on the oil I would need. So my bill ended up being $30.00 more than what my estimate said. They didn't call to approve the increased cost. I am not very happy with that. Everyone is was friendly, no problems there and it was on time, so that was good.
