I wouldn't have given this business any stars, but you have to give one to write a review. This place is horrific, it's as though there are no certified mechanics working there. We had our car there 6 weeks at one time, they kept throwing anything they could at the car to see if anything would stick. $2,000 + later, we were no where. First visit we had our oil changed and tires rotated prior to driving to Chicago. We get to Chicago, and the oil light comes on. We then get back to MPLS, and we're driving down hwy 7 and the front tire starts to wobble. We pull over and the tire is noticeably crooked, the tow truck driver takes off the lug nut cover and all but one nut falls into his hand with one nut half way off, nice, not to mention a nice deep groove in the rim. Second visit, we had the car towed back to Honest One so they could see what they had done. Tighten lug nuts, seems difficult. Stupid me , we had Honest One work on our brakes, so they could redeem themselves. Well about 6 months later, the brakes were grinding and just didn't sound right, pulling to one side, etc. But within that 6 months was the issue with the car stalling and missing and doing this bouncing motion, that's when they had no clue as to what to do to fix it. It was above there oil changing expertise, but they weren't going to let us know. So a long story short , we had to inquire some legal advice to help us through this horrific experience and they, for the first time, were Honest and wiped the charges. Not really Honest, but they were backed against a wall. I will Honestly say that I will never, ever use this company again and that's just my opinion, do with it what you will. I know having car trouble suck and there are certain companies that prey on people who are in desperate need to get these problems resolved honestly, quickly and affordably.
