This place is the opposite of honest. I tried them because I got a Groupon for 4 oil changes, and they're fairly close to where I live. The first few times I just went for oil changes and was generally satisfied; nothing to worry about. Then my brake light came on, and I took it over. They came back with an estimate of around $600, which was fine, but I had a coupon for $100 off and I asked at the time of the estimate to make sure they would take the coupon. They said yes, so I went ahead with the work, but then when I showed up to get the car and handed over my coupon, the total was still about $600, with no explanation. I was frustrated, but took my car back for the last oil change on my Groupon. They called me while I had it and told me that I really needed a new battery, and that my battery was majorly failing their tests for whether it was charging to capacity, etc. I thought that was strange since I had just replaced the battery a year earlier. The guy pushed really hard, resorting to scare tactics like telling me it would probably fail at the worst possible time, when I was in a hard situation or something. I refused to have it replaced and then took the car to Autozone to have the battery tested, just in case. It tested 100%, and I have now had that same battery for another year and a half with no issues. Even on the coldest days of the winter of 2013-2014 it was not a problem. I would not trust these guys with my car repair needs again. There are plenty of better single-store-front places to take your car to.
