Very dishonest peoples.Especially the store manager. its the second time I went there (both time two different cars) for free brake inspection and alignment check. both time they told me that my break pads, calipers, rotors needs to be replaced. and quoted me 1300 for the first time and $1800 for the second time. I only needed brake pads and the caliper pistons needed some cleaning (for one brake only) I took it to a different shop and its costed me $150 for the $1300 quote and $210 for the 1800 quote, that includes both parts & Labor. Be aware of such scams they will sell you something you don't even need You will be happy with their service if you don't know about cars. I know alot about cars and that's why they were not able to take a dime from me.

The staff was really friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain to me what the repair was going to be, even bringing out the part to show the damage it had endured. They answered all my questions. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend this place!

Those guys really rock. After a few disappointing experiences with another auto repair place, I finally appreciate the quality of a real customer service, combined with good quality work and a sense of integrity that comes from the options they offer you (sometimes against their own interest) and the transparency. I will definitely recommend that place.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the check ups as well as the willingness to explain what may need to be done. Because the technician could foresee a need for some extra work, I can make a decision on whether or not it is worth my keeping this car or looking for a new one.

Fast - Friendly -Convenient Location - Knowledgable Staff - If a customer needs a "second opinion" they provide it - OR - will direct you to another garage so their estimates/proposals can be confirmed as being on the "up and up." This garage/staff has saved our butts time and time again - having zero mechanical savvy - we have appreciated it VERY much! We have no doubt we'll be regular customers as long as we live in the Uptown/Whittier neighborhoods. An extra added plus is that Honest1Uptown is very LGBT friendly - which makes any interaction with the staff go smoothly - i.e. produces mutual respect. Without that element - regardless of how good the staff/garage/quality of work might be - we wouldn't even walk in the front door! A dependable addition to the Uptown/Whittier area - Honest1 has become our "go-to" service agency for all our auto repair/diagnostic needs.
