Pleasant service and wiling to be of help. Air conditioning good. Things a bit slower than I was given think.

Even though the shop was busy they worked us in for a tire problem and rear brake job.

They did an awesome job. The A/C had more wrong than initially thought, but they solved it quick and cheaply. The dealership was going to charge double for just the diagnostic and the A/C recharge before even considering the new part replacement with labor.

I get my prius Full synthetic oil change at Honest 1 Auto Care all the time. they always find me a coupon someplace, so I save a lot of money. Always get it done on time. Great guys working there.

Very dishonest peoples.Especially the store manager. its the second time I went there (both time two different cars) for free brake inspection and alignment check. both time they told me that my break pads, calipers, rotors needs to be replaced. and quoted me 1300 for the first time and $1800 for the second time. I only needed brake pads and the caliper pistons needed some cleaning (for one brake only) I took it to a different shop and its costed me $150 for the $1300 quote and $210 for the 1800 quote, that includes both parts & Labor. Be aware of such scams they will sell you something you don't even need You will be happy with their service if you don't know about cars. I know alot about cars and that's why they were not able to take a dime from me.
