These guys are the best!! I had to get my car towed in when it wouldn't start after my work shift... i am not a car person but they made me feel really safe and well cared for throughout the process, updating me throughout the day as they figured out what my car's issues were. The price was way more reasonable than anywhere else I've gone before, and I was back on the road within 6 hours. Thanks guys, I'll be back!

They were friendly, fast and efficient. I leave with less noises in my safer brakes. They even provided me with a ride home mid-day as the repairs were going to take longer than previously expected and.

Was quoted $700 for parts to fix my vehicle, asked if I could purchase the parts on my own and bring them in (the same day, which most auto repair centers allow you to do) they said they don't do that at this location. The parts at an a parts store were only $200. I will never take my vehicle back there.

I usually make an appointment ahead of time, but in this case I forgot and needed an oil change right away. Honest-1 took me in with no wait, and finished in under an hour. Their service, speed, transparency and positive personality makes them my go-to auto care shop in Minneapolis.
