called to tell them I would be 10 minutes late, came 10 minutes late they put a car in in front of me, after I was there waited for over 20 minutes before they started the work got it in and out and I was on my way 5 minutes before they said I would be all is well

Got my oil changed here and had a diagnostic done for a faulty defrost switch. Extremely pleased with the service I received and that all costs and issues were laid out in simple terms for me.

The people there are very knowledgeable and they even let me sleep in their comfortably chairs after a 14 hour shift until my car was done. Thanks for the understanding and the quick service.

Fixed what I wanted to be fixed and gave me advise on how to repair the busted automatic windows myself. Excellent customer service and a knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care.

Do not normally give reviews but thought this was worth it. Went in last week for a routine oil change. Andrew, the manager that helped me out encouraged me to visit the dealer ASAP because I needed a new transmission, and that if I did it quickly it would be covered in my warranty ( I was a few thousand miles away from my warranty expiring) Sure enough I needed a new transmission, and was able to avoid having to pay for it out of pocket.
