Had my pickup truck, which I use as my work vehicle, break down in downtown Minneapolis during rush hour. They were able to get me in touch with a tow truck company, get my vehicle in quickly, explain what diagnostic tests they were going to run, and go over part replacement costs with me. I was back out on the road in a little over an hour. I was very happy with the service they provided, and on extremely short notice too. My thanks to the manager (Marc) who was friendly and very helpful. I'd definitely go back for future repairs.
