Only recently have I switched from Firestone to HonestOne. Sure wish I would have started coming here a long time ago. Great communication from the team and I don't feel like they are tricking me into getting extra maintenance like Firestone always did. Left Firestone feeling robbed and tricked.

Great place, conveniently located. And they always have a coupon when I need one. lol

The customer service is great, the employees are knowledgeable and flexible, and I truly appreciated being able to get a free loaner car. My only complaint, having done some research and having frequented many other shops, is that I feel the cost is just too high.

While swapping out brake pads yesterday, they charged me 70 dollars to machine my rotors which would cost about 20 bucks to do at an O'Reily's, and brand new rotors on my model would be about 50 for the parts with no (realistic) additional labor. So much for honest. Will not be coming back.

They are astonishingly horrible. They said they inspected my car, and they missed a serious issue. My car's rear shock was severely broken with a busted shock mount. Obviously, they weren't thorough in their evaluation process... Their prices are astronomically high as well. They will find ways to rip you off. Don't go here. Definitely not worth it. The place is a joke. Suggestion: Bring your car to an honest mechanic deserving of your money. This place is the antithesis of honesty.
