Customer service is fine, but they are going to overcharge you no doubt. Go with someone else who is cheaper. They have a nice sign and nice-looking store, but it's not worth it.
Honest One was very accommodating for me today: I was late in traffic and they were flexible and patient for my appointment arrival. I was called when the service was completed, and the staff was kind and hospitable as always!
