Always clear about what fixes are truly necessary and which are optional for my older car.

New to the city, I had taken my car to another shop before for an oil change and got an estimate on some other repairs I knew were soon needed, however, this place came highly recommended to me by a friend so I decided to have the repairs done here. I told them all the things the other place had recommended for repairs and Mark said they would take a look. I ended up getting the one major repair and finding that the others were not actually needed. I appreciate this type of honesty! They replaced the parts same day and took less time than was expected. I met customers in the waiting area that are on a first name basis with the staff and it just seemed like such a friendly place with a fantastic reputation for doing good work at a fair price. I will recommend H1 to anyone and will definitely be taking my car here for future repairs and maintenance!

I use to take my cars there often. I then had a problem where a mechanic stripped the bolt when he replaced the alternator, which then caused that bolt to shear off when I was on a road trip. They made no attempt to make it up to me, just said sorry. I also use to do oil changes there and came to find out they never put in enough oil. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I always have a good experience at this garage. They are prompt, professional and remember me and bits of my life that go above and beyond even when I haven't been there in over a year! I get the feeling they genuinely care about their customers!
