Great service. They were able to get me in the same night to have my repairs made. When they found an additional sensor that needed replacing, they brought me back in the shop to see the actual crack in the piece and explained what they would recommend. They didn't try to oversell anything, just gave me the facts and let me know my options. Awesome guys, I'll keep going back here for sure!

Amazing (and honest) service, as usual.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in with a leaky coolant hose and asked that they fix the leak. I was falsely advised that coolant hoses all needed to be replaced to the tune of over $800. A mechanic friend of mine was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes and the replacement hose was inexpensive. Total cost was about $80. The suggested repairs from "Honest" were not only way over priced but completely unnecessary. Do not waste your time and money.
I like the staff at Honest-1. They are friendly, pleasant, helpful, professional, and really know what they are talking about. I have recommended the Uptown location to friends and family and will continue to do so.
