Buick got banged up by the tow truck. Honest 1 got me in day of to check out my car and the damages. Was super quick and they did an awesome job by putting some of the broken under panel back on. True to their name and love the front desk guy.

Brought my car in to get a headlight bulb replaced. Service was fast, friendly, and to the point. I got a text message when my car was ready in under an hour. Very convenient.

Luck was on my side today - The guy who towed my car accidentally brought it to the Uptown location instead of Roseville. Context: I needed 2 new tires and an oil change. Sean at the Roseville location tried to sell me 4 new tires, an alignment, as well as numerous other recommended fixes for around $2500. Marc at the Uptown location said I only needed 2 new tires, that an alignment was unnecessary, and also didn't see any reason to take care of the other "recommended fixes". I practically got a $2000 discount... Conclusion: Perhaps the Uptown location is actually honest. Thank you Marc!

These guys are scam artists. Beware. They quoted me for a $2500+ repair on tires, brakes, and rotors. I got a second opinion and still had 60% left on my brake pads, and 50% left on my tires before the tread got to be too low. I stopped going to Honest-1. They work on commission so they are just trying to replace things that don’t need to be replaced to make money off of people who don’t know better. They are not honest- that’s for sure! After a simple oil change, they forgot to put the under barrier back in my car, so on the highway, my skid plate fell down and scraped the road the whole way back to the shop. Negligent and very dangerous. If you go here, say no to everything they suggest unless you know for a fact that it has to be repaired. Or, find a shop with some integrity.
